Our Story

Grounded Wellness was created as a gentle, grounding space for people who are ready to heal at their own pace. After co-founding a successful and welcoming wellness practice, Jenna recognized how deeply people needed a place that felt like a warm, supportive home. She set out to bring her own vision to life.

As a mental health counsellor, Jenna wanted to create a space rooted in a client-centred, trauma-informed approach, drawing on evidence-based practices while prioritizing safety, trust, and genuine connection.


Through Grounded Wellness, she brings together her clinical experience and her belief that healing happens best in spaces that feel both supportive and intentional. Her vision is to offer a place where you can slow down, feel understood, and move forward in a way that feels sustainable and truly your own.
